It would be awesome to be able to add one-time and subscription based license options in Stackerr for our libraries, through connecting a Stripe account or something to configure that kind of workflow.

In addition to Stripe, consider using LemonSqueezy or another payment service that acts as a Merchant of Record (IE one that collects and remits VAT, regional sales taxes, etc.)
